For Sentech AS, it is critical to ensure that our customers always have qualified service technicians close at hand, whether for planned installation and commissioning activities, or urgent call-offs if operators are not getting data as expected from our products.

Although based in Norway, Sentech AS works closely with our partners and representatives in all areas of the world where our customers are. Highly qualified and experience service technicians are trained at our factory and locally to make them familiar with all relevant general and Ex safety, installation, commissioning, troubleshooting and repair procedures.

In addition to rapid first line support, our own staff of highly experienced engineers are always available to provide more advanced support, either remotely or face-to-face with our customers and local service staff.
